Which is well again Honey Bunches Of Oats or Special K cereal?

calories/fat/vitamin/carbs wise..adjectives that good stuff.
what are the pros and cons of respectively??
Please help..
i freshly ate a big bowl of honey bunches of oats and i feel horrible.. :/
&&&&& beside those cereal what is the most healthiest cereal i can buy at any market and can drink twice a day to loose immensity..the one with the least possible calories/fat/carbs/everything!... is nutritious?...Which is well again Honey Bunches Of Oats or Special K cereal?
KASHI CEREALS r the best!! and most nutricious w/o additives and enriched flours.
Try them w/ soy milk instead of cows milk.
HBoO is crap!! If u have to choose well specified brands eat :shredded wheat to flood up on fiber.And cheerios r the best for u too! Do not eat granola stuff because they r dignified in sugar though they "sound" hearty!
Eating a bowl of cereal is great to counter sugar cravings or snack time..in lieu of chips etc...
Go to the grocery store and look at the boxes.
I wouldn't stick to merely one kind of cereal. Maybe rotate between the in good health ones.
Special K Cereal
caloriewise, honey bunches has twice as much as special K.
i chomp through a lot of fiber plus cereal. as unappetizing as the identify sounds, it's good for you and have about 14 grams of fiber per partly cup. add for a time splenda and fresh fruit and it's surprisingly good and incredibly satisfying because of the fiber content.
