Is it more easier for a fat party to lose weight or for a bare person to gain bulk?

I think it depends on the individual, but I think for most individuals it would be for a thin creature to gain weight. Of course they could hold an eating disorder and be unqualified to stop, so they have difficulty purchase weight.
