Which is better?

Exercising the whole body every other morning or doing the upper body one day and later the lower body the next hours of daylight?Which is better?
You can do cardio everyday. It also depends on what you are looking to get out of your routine. Do you want mass? Then you want to shred down and build up in which you will want to work out the in one piece body everyday. But if you are looking just to tone up? Then you will want to workout 3 times a week.
