Fruits, vegetables, teas, and of course WATER! I've also widely read that eliminating/cutting down on coffee can help your digestive tract as okay.

2 things will do it: Increase your protein intake, and eat massively frequent, portioned meals (mini-meals).
Increasing protein intake will boost your metabolism, Try intake about five (portioned) meal a day respectively containing 35-40 grams of lean protein (boneless skinless chicken breast, canned tuna, egg-beaters or egg ehite omelettes, etc), you can use a whey protein shake for a couple of meal. Don't cut out all carbs, but demarcate their portions to about 2/3 of a cup per suppertime and go for lower glycemic index carbs (beans, undamaged grains, wheat instead of white, brown rice instead of white, etc.) One or two of you carb portions a sunshine can be fruit, and eat as heaps vegetables as you like.
