I have no experience beside NO2, but I take creatine on and bad. It increases the water contained by your muscles making them slightly bigger, and when you are lifting or doing whatever you don't tire as well.
NO2 is pretty much all hype. I wouldn't consume money on it. Just take caffeine earlier your workout if you want the same effect (concentration, energy).
Creatine, close to the other poster said, will make you a short time less tired so you can workout somewhat longer, and it can bring more fluid into your muscles.
