Testosterone is a hormone-I'm pretty sure that no food contains it.
There are supplements that will increase the testosterone production contained by your body. GHB is one-I'm not sure its legal though. Human growth hormone will increase the plane of your testosterone.
I know sleeping enough make your body produce enough of human growth hormone so if you're not sleeping plenty that could be a factor.
I also know doctors can prescribe medications and POSSIBLY HGH to serve that along. It might be a urologist that would do that.
Good luck. I may be wrong about the foods. It also occur to me that working out with weights and intake red meat and/or high amounts of protein thus building muscle may surrounded by fact increase your testosterone level.
