Is pizza (canadian bacon & pineapple) or a regular grilled cheese better for me?
They both have regular cheese and adjectives the toppings meaning no low chubby ingredients, and the grilled cheese has butter and cheddar. I don't want to changeover the ingredientes, Im only asking which of the two is better to munch through? and more so healthier than the other? gratitude!Which food is better?
Canadian bacon is notorious for person salty? Ask yourself, do you enjoy problems with hose retention. Pineapply is good, but it turns into Fructose. Do you enjoy a problem with diabetes? Cheese is large in protein. The cheese singles I use are made beside 2 percent milk. I use Smart Balance Spread. So I'd guess that the grilled cheese in better for you, although I wouldn't do it surrounded by a frying pan, I would do it contained by the broiler. But once in awhile it's okay to indulge surrounded by that pizza with Canadian bacon and pineapple, so long as your direct health permit. Just limit yourself. Don't sit in that and eat partly a medium pizza. Treat it as a lunch or snack, not a collation.

it depends on how much of the pizza you are going to eat. but contained by general i would voice the grilled cheese
None of the two is healthy, but for best tang, i think the pizza is correct. But i will have second thought up to that time eating the pizza, for i am afraid of acquirement weight, how frequent times should i do aerobics to get those pounds bad, i am tired of exercising, so i think i lately take a green apple, and try to suppose it is pizza!
prob pizza cuz it has for a time bit of fruit? humm...
