Which is more important, dumbbell or barbell chest/bench presses?

Or, is it best incorporate both exercises into my workout regimine?Which is more important, dumbbell or barbell chest/bench presses?
Some may argue that one is better than the other, but both are good for different reason. Dumbell exercises challenge your stabilizers contained by a different way which may be better. What's interesting is that you could never elevate the equivalent weight surrounded by a dumbell bench that you could with a tavern. This should tell you something surrounded by itself!
I find myself that using a combination of both in my routines provides well-mannered results. Vary it up and you'll have nouns.
Cheers!
Dumbbells are better, remember to squeeze them a the top, and go to http://www.boeafitness.com for more bench press routines.
For best results incorporate both!
Assuming you are looking to gain size, after respectively set superset with dumbells and blow them out!!
Wide grips are fun too and decline bench. You need a suitable spotted though.
Don't forget your flys!
depends on what you are wanting. I would say barbell bench. it offer so much more. If you want to work your triceps more u move ur hands surrounded by closer. u want bigger pecs u mover ur hands wider.
barbell for size and strength ( you can press more freight on it)
Dumbells work more stabilizer muscles though and can help beside coordination
both should be utilized along with using flat, decline and incline benches. you should other try to attack a muscle from as many angles as possible contained by an attempt to stimulate the maximum amount of muscle fibers.
