I am curious to know whether jogging for 15minutes every afternoon and doing 1 hour of aerobics every week is more beneficial than going to the gym for 45mins 3 times a weekWhich flurry is better? Jogging every light of day or working out 3 times a week?
workout is better than jogging it can burn solid and build muscle. You should workout at least 4 times a week and respectively workout should take at lowest possible 90 minutes. After workout don't forget to consume protein supplements which can help your muscle restore your health.
Well what do you want to achieve they are both apt for you, but they both serve different functions one is for your heart and one is for the body (strength). They both will make you lose calories, so what are you looking for?
