Which is in good health?

Okay Im going to get lunch. which is improved?
-Romain luttace, parmesan cheese, croutons, italian chicken
or
-Romain luttace, black beans, sour cream, salsa, guacamole & italian chicken
Im NOT going to change what they enjoy in them, im lately curious which one is healthier??
I hold already had two pieces of sourdough toast today. What would be the best pick.. (the instrument they are!)Which is in good health?
Not a huge difference...the croutons are probably the worst in the 1st one and the cheese have fat.the second one's issues would be the sour cream and guac...
Pick the one you close to, since you don't care to remove or slim down the less-healthy items in any.

i imagine the first i well again. parmesan cheese may be the most fattening in it, but thats adjectives. oh and some in the chicken.
hte other have vegs, but all the sauces (depending on whether thay are home made and the quantities) appear to be more fattening.
The second, more vitamins in the food
The second one have far more fat (sour cream and guac) but also have more protein (chicken, guac, and beans). But all contained by all, if you are counting calories, the first one have less.
