Which complex carbohydrates for breakfast?
Definately porridge oats. They fill you up and release strength slowly so you should be full till lunch time.

its adjectives about punch,and there are 3 oponents of it,you can achieve energy from carbs,protein and large. most important piece is not to mix carbs and fat together as your body will use the force from the carbs and the fat will be stored. for breakfast you should stick to lately carbs,like porridge(with honey or fruit if you like) or wholegrain bread next to (a little) bit of jam or honey, avoid butter though. beside that you could have a (selfmade) banana milkshake.
