Are pickles good for you or own their vitamins been stripped?Where do pickles decline surrounded by the food pyramid?
Last I checked Cucumbers are a vegetable. In luggage you don't know Pickles are Pickled Cucumbers.
The Good
This food is low in Saturated Fat, and exceedingly low in Cholesterol. It is also a moral source of Vitamin A, Iron, Potassium and Manganese, and a very honourable source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin K and Calcium.
The Bad
This food is very giant in Sodium, and a life-size portion of the calories in this food come from sugars.
Pickels are Cucumbers soaked contained by vinagar and other spices. They contain vitamin k, that is really virtuous for your blood.
Pickles are a condiment. They have smaller quantity nutrients then catchup but also hold few calories.
Veggie I think
it depends what thoughtful. If they are the sugary one then it go with the sweets. If it is the calorie free type then it is near the veggies.
