no, ur eylids dont sag u will merely have some extra skin for a moment or two if u lose too much that cant fill up ur skin. yes, ur snout with capture a little thinner because ur cheeks get smaller when losing weight which make ur nose thinner. you cant really chnage ur boob size unless u lose or gain consignment. if u go running, they arent gonna flop, they are just going to bounce. and if u dont wear a bra later uw ill look approaching an old female with a decent fit
no eyelids or nose, but yes on the boobs. this is my experiance.

110-140 pounds... size B boobs
underneath 110pounds... size A boobs
myboob size changed depending on weight, which is what it is supposed to do
it depends on how antediluvian you are and how much weight you loose. if your skin have elasticity don't worry going on for it. if it doesn't ...well look at oprah
