cardio - 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min)
it doesnt matter which one you do first you should do at most minuscule 45 min of cardio because your body doesnt start burning fat untill after 30 min of running. start near weights first as you need as much heartiness as you can get. stick near 2 sets of 10-12 reps for each exercise.
