Yes as long as they aren't breaded or battered AND as long as they are covered in a impressively low carb sauce.
BTW, a great recipe for hotwing sauce that's low carb is 1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot sauce and 1/2 cup melted butter.
Most hot sauce base sauces should be okay, but beware of BBQ or Asian-type flavored sauces.

if theres no skin on it, i think u may be alright. BUT dont steal my word for it. BUT every once in a while you can own them so i wouldnt worry too much unless theyre an every sunshine meal for you. if they are, ego stay safe and switch up your routine near something else thats just spicy satisfactory for your taste.
