When should i see results? from running 45mins a sunshine?

HI, I've gone a bit fitness crazy and started running about 45 mins a morning then doing bum, legs and tums exercises afterwards. If i do this day after day when should i see results?? i'm trying to keep to a tough diet too, although ive been advise not to change it dramaticly when running as you call for the energy from the food.When should i see results? from running 45mins a sunshine?
You should start to see results pretty swiftly if you were not running or exercising at adjectives before. You will probably distinguish your lower body firm up some with muscle, and credible some fat loss as okay.
