I've been ingestion healthy, in the main fruit, organic foods, lean cuisine and immensity watchers, and trying to get surrounded by 2-3 days of running with a hoodie on to sweat more contained by a week (usually 2.5 miles per day) and exercising at night. I'm doing 100 crunches, 50 obliques respectively side, and lifting my butt up with my legs at a 45 level angle 100 times. I'm also using a thigh master to tone my inner thighs. When should I expect to see results? I'm looking for toned/cut abs and a firmer butt.When should I expect to see results?
Since February 15th I have be doing practically the same! I started to see a few results close to in my clothes etc in the region of a month later, sticking to it I am going down slowly but surely. I started to see a difference after just about 5-6 weeks. Things are starting to get tighter that used to be much flabbier.
I didnt hold alot to lose now I of late have to preserve it off. It could run up to 6 months to have a full result. Keep it up, dont bring discouraged!
