After working out your always sore, and by the time you treat, you work out again and you're sore again, so how do you even get to use your gain strength?When relatives pull weights, how they even carry to put the gain strength to use?
we use the strength when ever we want, you see if your sore after every work out then you are not doing something right because after a few workouts your body should adjust
